We are pleased to announce the successful shipment of another REXON oil purification system. The ZYD-100 Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier, with a processing capacity of 6000 Liters/Hour, has been successfully prepared for delivery to our overseas client. This model is specially designed for on-site transformer oil treatment, transformer evacuation, and vacuum oil filling in power plants, substations, electrical utilities, and industrial electrical facilities.
Before shipment, our technical team carried out a complete inspection process, including vacuum testing, operating performance verification, filtration system inspection, and overall system stability checks. Every REXON machine must pass strict quality control standards before leaving our factory. We also prepared customized operation manuals and operation videos for the client to ensure smooth installation and convenient operation.
The ZYD-100 unit was securely packed in a reinforced plywood case to guarantee maximum safety during international transportation.
Our REXON ZYD-100 is a high-efficiency transformer oil purification machine integrating vacuum dehydration, degassing, and precision impurity filtration. Equipped with an advanced double-stage high vacuum system, it effectively removes free water, dissolved water, harmful gases, and impurities from transformer oil, helping restore oil insulation performance and improve transformer operational reliability. The three-stage precision filtration system (50 μm, 5 μm, 1 μm) ensures thorough removal of solid contaminants, while the thermostatic heating system (55–65°C) maintains the oil at the optimal purification temperature, enhancing dehydration efficiency without damaging oil properties. It can restore the breakdown voltage of your transformer oil to above 75~85 kV.
In addition, the machine is equipped with the REXON advanced electrical control system for stable and reliable operation. The REXON unique fully automatic PLC control system enables one-touch start and stop, intelligent automation, and real-time monitoring of operating conditions. For clients requiring premium configurations, internationally renowned brands such as SIEMENS PLC systems are also available.
